Job description

We are seeking a passionate and proactive individual to lead the design and delivery of impactful mental well-being programmes that serve diverse communities.

Key Responsibilities

Programme Design & Delivery

  • Design and implement evidence-informed programmes that promote mental well-being and strengthen emotional resilience across all age groups, including youth, parents, and seniors.
  • Develop creative and accessible mental health resources to support ongoing learning and self-care.
  • Collaborate with schools, community organisations, and other stakeholders to co-create programmes that are relevant, inclusive, and aligned with community needs.
  • Collect and analyse feedback, track outcomes, and apply data-driven insights to evaluate and enhance programme effectiveness.
  • Stay updated on emerging mental health trends and evolving community needs to ensure programmes remain responsive and impactful.

Programme Administration

  • Coordinate programme logistics, including scheduling, venue arrangements, and preparation of materials.
  • Manage participant registrations, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with organisational policies.
  • Prepare reports, documentation, and communication materials for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor programme budgets and manage resource allocation to support smooth and effective delivery.
  • Providegeneral administrative support to the team to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Assist with front desk and reception duties as required.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • 3–5 years of relevant work experience in within social service agencies or IPC charities.
  • Excellent organisational and planning abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
  • Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Passionate about stakeholder engagement with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in stakeholder and event management.
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
  • Experience in using Canva and other online design tools.
