Responsibilities


  • Assist the Head of School in the administration of the teaching faculty and programs

  • Coordinate the pre-and post-stages of Start of course (SOC) for each study term, including course planning, resources control and class scheduling.

  • Support the planning of student development activities.

  • Attend to the daily operational and student matters.

  • Oversee programme operations, ensuring smooth execution and continuous improvement.

  • Maintain up-to-date documentation, KPI progress tracking to support with internal and SSG audit.

  • Participate in regular academic meetings and annual school activities.

  • Perform any assigned duties as requested by the management.


Requirements


  • O level / ITE Nitec / Higher Nitec / Diploma holders (Degree holders may apply)

  • Good communication skills

  • Fresh school leavers who are willing to learn and contribute are welcome to apply.

  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Email.

  • Pleasant personality with a positive attitude

  • Good command of English and Chinese is required to build and maintain effective relationship with Chinese speaking students

  • Preferably with 1 year of working experience in clerical/administrative support
