Join National GRIP, Singapore's national deep-tech venture creation programme, and play a pivotal role in guiding researchers and innovators as they transform cutting-edge science into high-impact startups.

We're seeking freelance, part-time Programme Coordinators to support the execution of Phase 2 (Venture Creation) and Phase 3 (Incubation). From biotech and advanced materials to AI, clean energy, and robotics, you'll help accelerate the journeys of over 300 aspiring startup teams from lab to market.

The Opportunity

As a Programme Coordinator, you'll ensure that National GRIP's venture building journey runs smoothly and effectively—supporting world-class training, mentoring, and incubation activities. This is your chance to shape the experience of deep-tech founders while building Singapore's next generation of research-driven companies.

What You'll Do
  • Coordinate programme activities, including workshops, deep-dives, and events.
  • Support startups with scheduling, communications, and access to resources.
  • Track team progress and collate key performance indicators.
  • Liaise with key stakeholders and external partners to deliver a seamless participant experience.
  • Maintain programme documentation, reporting, and compliance requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvements in programme delivery and participant engagement.
Who We're Looking For
  • 2–5 years of programme management, operations, or coordination experience (innovation, startup, or academic environments preferred).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills; able to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work with founders, mentors, and ecosystem partners.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative mindset.
  • Passion for deep-tech, startups, and supporting founder journeys.
  • Availability to commit on a freelance, part-time basis.
