A community-focused organization in Singapore is seeking a Programme Coordinator to deliver educational programmes promoting sustainability and urban farming. Candidates should have a passion for green living and hands-on gardening experience. This role involves planning and facilitating various outdoor educational activities aimed at reconnecting people with nature.

Through placemaking, education, and community engagement, we aim to transform the way people connect with food, nature, and one another. We believe in the adaptive reuse of spaces and adopt an Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) approach to create sustainable, community-driven solutions.
Our flagship sites include the reimagined former Henderson Secondary School, a rooftop oasis at Sky Sprouts, green roofs and container structures in Punggol, an activated field in West Coast Park, and our latest sustainability hub in the former Loyang Primary School at Pasir Ris.

Role Summary:
City Sprouts is on a mission to reconnect individuals with nature through meaningful, hands-on experiences. As a Programme Coordinator (or Senior Programme Coordinator), you will play a key role in shaping and delivering educational and community programmes that promote sustainability, urban farming, and ecological literacy.
This role requires someone with practical gardening or farming know-how, combined with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences. If you enjoy working with plants and people, and thrive in outdoor, community-driven environments, we’d love to meet you.
