Job Description:

  • Attend to all customer enquiries with professionalism and efficiency

  • Promptly disseminate accurate information regarding our programmes and services

  • Disseminate information promptly to internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations

  • Develop a strong understanding of our offerings to provide clear and helpful guidance

  • Support administrative tasks and ensure smooth operations within the department and centre

  • Manage payment collection, invoicing, and fee tracking for enrichment programmes

  • Maintain accurate records of student enrolment, payments, and outstanding fees

  • Organise logistics for local and national competitions with the internal department

  • Uphold a high standard of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and service

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in any discipline

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in customer service or administration

  • Strong organisational and administrative skills

  • A clear and professional communicator with a strong command of English and a second language to assist diverse customers.

  • Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate customer management systems and office software
