We are recruiting the pioneering team for our CyberSG Talent, Innovation and Growth (TIG) Collaboration Centre, established in collaboration with the Cybersecurity Agency of Singapore (CSA). The Centre serves as a convening platform to integrate and create cybersecurity programmes for industry and talent development in Singapore, and serves as a global node for international cooperation on innovation. It will help build a vibrant cybersecurity ecosystem by bringing together local and international cybersecurity stakeholders, including industry, academia, cybersecurity professionals and government stakeholders to leverage the opportunities posed by digitalisation. We are currently hiring a Programme Assistant Manager/ Manager to support our Talent pillar that includes:

  • Serve as the first line of operational contact for talent programmes that you are assigned to support
  • Proactively create positive engagement experience through touch points with partners, programme participants and stakeholders that you may come into contact with
  • Support outreach to potential partners for talent programmes and activities
  • Perform coordination and administrative duties as necessary to support relevant programmes and operations
  • Track and update documentation and data relevant to your duties
  • Claims checking and processing of government grants.
Qualifications

  • Take ownership in managing operational and administrative tasks independently
  • Collaborate with the programme team in delivering shared outcomes, uphold and contribute to the development of our core operational workflows
  • Meticulous in detail for logistics and documentation tasks
  • Grant administration and/or customer service experience would be advantageous
