Job summary

Wise is seeking a Programmatic Manager/ Paid Display Manager for our Singapore office, overseeing Asia markets. You will drive performance across programmatic display, video, and CTV, working with a global Paid Display team to scale campaigns and deliver growth.

You will own reporting, testing, and optimization, collaborating with analysts and creatives to craft compelling ad experiences that move the needle for Wise’s money-mover products.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of experience running large, direct response programmatic, video, display and CTV campaigns in Asia.
• Ability to own decisions and drive performance in Singapore.
• Team player with ability to collaborate remotely.
• Customer-centric mindset with strong analytical capabilities.
• Passion for digital marketing and optimizing campaigns for KPI goals.
• Experience with app, display and/or video ads on Google Ads.
• Experience running programmatic mobile, display and/or video ads on a DSP.
• Proactive with ability to prioritise projects with minimal supervision.

Job Description

We're looking for a Programmatic Manager/ Paid Display Manager to join our growing team, based in our Singapore office and looking after markets within the Asia region. This role is a unique opportunity to join a team who have been testing and learning while working closely with different ad platforms to help millions discover our app and web products and save money using Wise.

You’ll be part of a global Paid Display team, consisting of 9 members based in Tallinn and London. While you’ll report into Tallinn and collaborate closely with the wider team, you’ll need to be comfortable operating with a high degree of empowerment and taking ownership of your markets day-to-day. It's a challenge and a steep learning curve, but you’ll have the support of a strong, friendly and committed team.

Role Details

This is an all-round, hands-on performance marketing role — you’ll be building, scaling, and executing programmatic campaigns, using your strategic, data analytics and creative skills to efficiently optimise multiple accounts and drive growth globally.

• Owning regional programmatic display and video campaign performance in line with growth goals.
• Contribute to the successful delivery of programmatic CTV campaigns by managing activation, monitoring performance, and providing regular reporting.
• Evaluating creative performance and working with our Creative team to produce best-in-class display and video ad content to get the Wise story out there.
• We are constantly striving to improve campaign efficiency, and you will have the opportunity to own the A/B testing process across landing pages, creatives, ad copy and more.
• Creation and maintenance of reporting dashboards and weekly/monthly reports, along with contributing to wider team-based plans, presentations, and updates.
• Making full use of automation solutions available, implementing processes and practices that maximise operational efficiencies whilst identifying opportunities for process improvement, and providing recommendations.
• Working closely with analysts to spot issues with data as well as opportunities to improve campaign performance.
• Working with other Performance Marketing channels to share insights and learnings to help maximise performance of campaigns and potentially uncover new opportunities.

Qualifications

What are we looking for?

• Have at least 4-5 years of experience running large, successful direct response programmatic, video, display and CTV campaigns for a fast-growing business or agency within Asia. Any experience with creative asset making is a bonus.
• A strong sense of ownership – you'll be the only member in Singapore, so you need to be comfortable making decisions, solving problems independently, and execute freely with the goal of improving performance in your region(s).
• Team player with a drive to help other people, and impart their wisdom to strengthen the team – even when collaborating remotely.
• Put the customer first, always. It’s pointless to run programmatic advertising unless you understand how you’re helping the end user.
• Have a strong analytical mindset. This means being very comfortable and confident in gathering actionable insights from data.
• You are passionate about digital marketing and know what levers to pull when optimising a campaign against specific KPIs.
• Have experience running app, display and/or video ads on Google Ads.
• Have experience running programmatic mobile, display and/or video ads on a DSP.
• Are proactive and able to prioritise projects on impact, with a low level of supervision.

Additional skills we would value

• A good understanding of SQL
• Experience with scripts for Google Ads
• Experience with Looker, Tableau, Lightdash or a similar data visualisation tool
• Experience in Mobile App Acquisition (e.g., Google App Campaigns, Moloko, Singular) and YouTube ads
