Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and data-driven Programmatic Advertising Specialist to manage and optimize programmatic campaigns across DSPs and SSPs. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with platforms like DV360, Magnite, Google Ad Manager (GAM), and LoopMe, with a deep understanding of the end-to-end programmatic ecosystem. This role involves campaign setup, real-time bidding, inventory management, reporting, and continuous performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Plan, execute, and optimize programmatic campaigns using DSP platforms such as DV360, LoopMe, etc.
  2. Manage SSP integrations and inventory sources, including Magnite and Google Ad Manager.
  3. Handle campaign setup, audience targeting, budget allocation, and pacing to meet performance goals.
  4. Monitor campaign performance, analyze data trends, and provide actionable insights.
  5. Conduct troubleshooting on delivery issues, discrepancies, or tagging problems.
  6. Coordinate with ad operations, analytics, and creative teams for flawless execution.
  7. Prepare detailed performance reports with recommendations for optimization and strategic shifts.
  8. Stay updated with industry trends, privacy regulations, and platform changes impacting programmatic buying and selling.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in programmatic advertising and media buying.
  • Proficiency in DSPs (e.g., DV360, LoopMe) and SSPs (e.g., Magnite, Google Ad Manager).
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign reporting and data visualization tools.
  • Familiarity with real-time bidding, open exchange, PMP deals, audience targeting, and creative formats.
  • Experience with ad tagging, VAST/VPAID creatives, and 3rd-party trackers is a plus.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills for cross-functional collaboration.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • DV360 Certification or relevant programmatic certifications.
  • Experience with data management platforms (DMPs) or CDPs.
  • Prior experience working with agencies, trading desks, or publishers.
