Job Summary:
- Basic Salary: $2200 - $2600
- Location: Outram
- Working hours: Monday - Friday (8.30am - 6.00pm)
- 1 year contract + 1 month completion bonus
Job Responsibilities:
- Workplace Health Outreach Duties - Corporate Challenge (CC)
- Track & update weekly CC new signups from companies (from FormSG submission), approx. 10 signups per week.
- Submit and report to WHOD based on the updates and progress of CC KPI on a weekly basis and/or when necessary.
- To provide insights, if any, on trends from number of signups and types of companies.
- Manage and address all CC queries received daily (approx. 25 daily), using a developed FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) document and consult HPB officers for any complex issues if needed.
- To develop and propose responses for HPB officers’ review, relating to queries not found within FAQ.
- All queries to be replied within the service level agreement of 3 working days for CC.
- To check FormSG submissions daily for new CC signups.
- Create entry codes for new CC signups and email company POC (Point of Contact) the entry codes.
- Cover for BAP accounts and events managements tasks when other admin staff is on MC or away
- Vet monthly eDM (Electronic Digital Mailer) against Calendar to ensure accuracy of monthly eDMs
- Liaise with PMs directly on errors in eDMs and rectify the errors
- Any other ad-hoc programme admin/data support when necessary (e.g.: facilitate meeting-setups, clean raw data etc).
Requirements:
- Minimum a Diploma or Degree in any field.
- Takes initiative to seek clarification when instructions are unclear
- Communicates effectively and asks questions rather than making assumptions
- Able to work independently on assigned tasks with minimal supervision
- Takes initiative to support team needs and seeks help appropriately when stuck
- Demonstrates eagerness to help stakeholders and responds promptly to queries
- Shows problem-solving attitude
- Working experience in creating pivot tables, VLOOKUP and using basic Excel formulas
- Able to interpret data and present clear, concise summaries
- Open to learning new systems and embraces process changes, system limitations positively
- Able to work and communicate effectively with different team members and adapt to various working styles
