Job summary

Lifelong Learning SG in Singapore is seeking a Manager, SkillsFuture Advice (SFA) Support to assist planning, coordination, monitoring and delivery of SkillsFuture Advice initiatives across the Community Development Council (CDC) teams.

This 1-year temporary role provides additional capacity for programme operations, reporting and implementation support during a period of increased service delivery demands.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in any discipline, preferably in business, social sciences, communications, public policy, education, workforce development or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate SkillsFuture Advice workshops across CDC teams and related initiatives.
• Track programme delivery progress, workshop pipelines, attendance, conversion and follow-up actions.
• Consolidate district-level updates, operational issues and implementation risks for management review.
