Job Summary

NetApp is seeking a proficient and experienced Program Manager to manage and support our Thrive Belonging initiatives across the APAC region. This role will focus on implementing enterprise-wide strategies at the regional level along with nuanced initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional project management skills, a proven track record of collaboration, and the ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders. They should bring a collaborative and results-driven mindset to the wider Thrive Belonging team

Key Responsibilities

Program Management & Employee Business Resource Groups (EBRGs):

  • Support the Director of Thrive Belonging in driving and executing strategic initiatives across the APAC region.
  • Ensure alignment between NetApp’s Employee Business Resource Groups (EBRGs) and the company’s global Thrive Belonging objectives.
  • Facilitate the establishment of new EBRGs, including developing guidelines and providing strategic leadership to ensure their effectiveness in engaging communities and driving impact.
  • Lead and support regional EBRG and Thrive Belonging activities, focusing on stakeholder engagement, including EBRG members, employees, customers, and partners.

DEIB Program Coordination:

  • Maintain and manage the APAC cultural observances calendar, recognising significant events, days, and moments. Facilitate communication and ensure thoughtful recognition.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for regional EBRG initiatives and provide support as needed.
  • Lead program planning and budget management efforts to ensure alignment with organisational priorities.
  • Develop and monitor key performance metrics, regularly reporting progress and outcomes to stakeholders.

Communication & Engagement:

  • Create and manage communication materials, including emails, toolkits, process guides, and other collateral to support our Thrive Belonging initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Proven 8+ years ofexperience in program management, particularly within Inclusion & Belonging domains.
  • Proficient project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading employee resource groups or similar initiatives.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and report on program outcomes.
  • Creative thinker with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
