Responsibilities

We are looking for a Program Manager to join our Product Partnerships team, focusing on accelerating the adoption of our partner solutions worldwide. Partnerships are essential for scaling interactions between TikTok users and businesses globally. In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape and deploy internal and external programs and solutions to help businesses succeed on TikTok. Our team’s culture is akin to a startup—entrepreneurial and innovative, always looking ahead. You will collaborate with internal cross-functional teams and third-party companies across various verticals. This role requires strong strategic thinking and project management skills.

Responsibilities:
  1. Manage core operations for Commerce and Messaging Partnerships programs, including annual planning, OKRs, reporting, contract work, and resolving business issues proactively.
  2. Drive product and business adoption of monetization solutions; manage complex integrations with various partners.
  3. Identify opportunities to scale existing solutions to onboard more businesses and advertisers; collaborate with cross-functional teams for go-to-market efforts to launch and grow partnerships.
  4. Be a builder—highly organized and process-oriented.
  5. Balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  6. Adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities, making decisions confidently even without a clear roadmap.
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years in management consulting and program management.
  • Strong background in the advertising industry, familiar with major media, commerce, and messaging players.
  • Experience presenting to diverse internal and external audiences.
  • Quantitative and analytical skills.
  • Fluency in English and experience working with international teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with budgeting and sales operations.
  • Partnerships and business development experience.
  • Experience developing complex product integrations and go-to-market strategies with third parties.
