Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage key strategic projects, partnering across departments and collaborating with managers company-wide to ensure successful execution.
  • Translate strategic goals into actionable operational plans by developing and tracking progress against annual business objectives and KPIs.
  • Develop and use quantitative and qualitative data analysis to derive insights and present findings to leadership.
  • Represent the "Business" perspective in cross-functional roadmaps and major organizational projects.
  • Design and implement program management best practices, driving efficiency and process improvement across the organization.
  • Facilitate cross-department collaboration to integrate program activities effectively.
Qualifications
  • 15+ years of experience in a Program Management role.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset for decision-making.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building consensus and influencing without direct authority.
  • Proven ability to process large volumes of information and extract meaningful insights.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Agile methodologies, with practical experience applying them in real-world settings and proficiency in Jira.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
