Job description

Our client is a leading Multi technology company, developer of personal-computer software systems and applications.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Creates a review process for monitoring and reporting business performance, including adherence to budget, return on investment, and other key business and scorecard metrics
  • Monthly / weekly business and readiness reviews – collect information, schedules, templates, on track, organized, holding people accountable for information and coordination
  • Support local Stakeholders on capacity planning and business plan
  • Financial reporting and year planning support across region - overseeing financial aspects of program execution, including budget planning, tracking, and reporting.
    o Drive budget planning, tracking, and forecasting in collaboration with Finance and business.
    o Leveraging advanced Excel capabilities to manage data and utilization of dashboards to synthesizing data and extrapolate financial forecasts for decision-making.
  • Manage department headcount information, space coordination, end to end set up for new Full-Time Employees (FTE) & Vendors, and other administrative processes
  • Develop and drive Rhythm of the Business
    o Drive the monthly business as usual update call with all regional stakeholders and speaker coordination.
  • Drives the business calendar for the online retail team across all meetings and business reviews.
  • Day to day regional Stakeholder relationship management

    Admin
  • Support, execute team offsites, morale events and All Hands while staying within allocated budget.
  • Manage a fluid calendar for the team
  • Coordinate domestic & international travel schedules, including logistics, itineraries and agenda.
  • Procure goods and services including computer equipment, office supplies and reference materials

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with at least 3-4 years of solid business management experience i.e. Managing multiple programs, timelines, holding stakeholders accountable to deadlines and coordinating across multiple programs.
  • Finance background with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formula creation, pivot tables, and data visualization.
  • Well-versed in managing data i.e. Expert user of Microsoft Excel and Power BI (as a user), ability to pull data from multiple different platforms and clearly identify requirements and trends. Being able to create Power BI would be a massive advantage.
  • Proven track-record of regional collaboration across Asia / APAC.
  • Experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
  • Ability to interpret and extrapolate financial trends and forecasts from raw data.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
