Job description

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large-scale infrastructure migration programs involving hardware and network components.
• Create and implement program structures that ensure efficient planning, execution, and delivery.
• Coordinate multiple project streams executed by different vendors across various geographies.
• Monitor and control project progress, proactively identify risks, and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Drive program governance, ensuring regular progress reviews with stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define roadmaps and long-term strategies.
• Align vendor deliverables and dependencies to ensure smooth migration activities across all locations.
• Ensure compliance with technical standards, security protocols, and business requirements.

Profile

• Master's or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business, Banking and Finance or relevant discipline
• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, systems engineering, hardware engineering, or technical product/program management experience
• Proven experience in managing complex infrastructure migration programs, including data center, hardware, and network migrations.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure architecture, including on-prem and hybrid environments.
• Experience working with multi-vendor delivery teams across multiple countries.
• Excellent program governance, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to define long-term strategies while ensuring near-term delivery goals.
• Hands-on experience in setting up execution frameworks and managing cross-functional technical teams.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• PMP / PRINCE2 / ITIL certification.
• Exposure to cloud migration is a plus.
• Prior experience in regulated industries (e.g., banking, healthcare) is an advantage.
