Your Mission

This position will be responsible for monitoring the performance of various factory work processes and new technology pilots. He/She will support the development and realization of the HMGICS Technology Roadmap, ensuring seamless integration of innovative technologies and efficient project management practices.

What To Expect

[Performance Management of Work Processes/ Technology Systems]

• Define methodology and detailed work processes to continually measure performance and project ROI
• Engage with relevant stakeholders to gather data and develop insights

[Finance/ Process Management/ Project Staffing]

• Manage global partnership by defining standard operating model in HMGICS
• Plan optimal skill-set structure and manage head count by monitoring resource status regularly
• Set a program for knowledge transferring and networking within multi-disciplinary org.
• Manage project budget and run communication channel with stakeholders for a project

[Implementation of Technology Roadmap]

• Support the planning & implementation of technology roadmap in collaboration with HMGICS and HMG stakeholders
• Design, develop, and maintain HMGICS Technology Catalogue

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor of Engineering or relevant discipline
• 3 to 5 years of experience in management consulting / business process re-engineering / ICT consulting
• Technical skills in process innovation/business consulting projects, IT/OT system development projects
• Extensive project experience in manufacturing industry
• Advanced proficiency in MS Powerpoint, MS Excel
