AngelHack isn't your typical tech company; we're the innovative trailblazers in the realm of hackathons, incubators, and Web3 technologies. With a vibrant community of over 300,000 developers and a track record of collaborating with industry giants over the years, we're searching for a Program Manager to oversee the execution of developer events globally, while providing support to our clients throughout the entire lifecycle of the event and ensuring objectives and expectations are met. You will be reporting to the Head of AngelHack.
This role is open to candidates who are based full-time in Singapore, and are comfortable working across timezones from time to time based on projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Support: Assisting project teams in planning, executing, and closing projects by maintaining project documentation, schedules, and resources.
- Team Support: Work closely with team members to meet project objectives and deadlines.
- Project Coordination: Scheduling and organizing project meetings that may spread across various timezones, including kick-off, status update, and review meetings, and documenting meeting outcomes and action items.
- Problem Resolution: Identifying and addressing operational issues or challenges that may hinder project progress and escalating to project managers when necessary.
- Project Success: Contribute to the successful completion of projects and help ensure they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Client Relations: Interacting with clients, ensuring they are informed about project status, and addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Program Design & Execution: Innovate the current practices and execute upon outlined content of the program.
- Program Engagement: Designing and implementing innovative initiatives to enhance innovation programs.

Qualifications:

- At least 2 - 3 years of working experience with program management, project delivery, or similar fields.
- Proven track records of managing multiple successful projects within a set time period and budget.
- Experience in coordinating and working with clients, external stakeholders, and team members who are based in different countries.
