We're looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives that drive operational excellence and strategic growth. If you excel in managing multiple complex projects across teams, regions, or business units we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead strategic programs across departments (Product, IT, Ops, Marketing, etc.)
• Define program goals, timelines, KPIs, and success metrics
• Coordinate multiple projects and teams under a unified program structure
• Track program-level risks, budgets, and deliverables to ensure timely execution
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and executive sponsors
• Drive continuous improvement and scalability across business functions
• Support change management, stakeholder alignment, and impact analysis

Requirements

• Based in Singapore with valid work authorization
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in project/program management, ideally in a matrixed or global organization
• Strong understanding of program governance and reporting
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet)
• PMP, PgMP, or Agile certification preferred

Nice to Have

• Background in tech, SaaS, e-commerce, or large-scale transformation projects
• Experience managing regional or global programs
• Familiarity with tools like Tableau, Power BI, or ERP platforms
