Job summary

Private Advertiser in Singapore is seeking a Project Manager to develop and maintain strong customer relationships, drive revenue growth, and manage RFQ processes from costing to submission. You will lead projects from RFQ to mass production, ensuring on-time delivery and milestone achievement.

Role requires 3+ years in EMS/PCBA/Box Build, experience in process manufacturing and program management, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a Sales-related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in EMS, PCBA, or Box Build activities.
• Proven experience in process manufacturing and program/project management.
• Understanding of EMS cost structures and ability to support cost modeling.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and able/willing to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to drive revenue growth and support business expansion.
• Manage customer RFQ processes by preparing accurate costing and developing effective sales strategies for submission.
• Lead project execution from RFQ through to mass production, ensuring on-time delivery and achievement of project milestones.
• Coordinate with customers and internal departments to align project activities and resolve issues efficiently.
• Drive project deliverables and action plans using structured reporting, checklists, and other project management tools, while managing product lifecycle activities such as ECOs/EOLs and inventory control to optimize outcomes.
