A leading media company in Singapore is looking for an experienced Account Manager to manage key accounts and ensure service level agreements are fulfilled. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of program or project management experience in the supply chain industry, strong interpersonal and customer orientation skills, and the ability to work independently. This role includes business travel as needed.
Job Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for key accounts or support the Program Manager in managing these accounts.
Establish rapport and explore new business opportunities by regularly visiting customers to understand their needs and provide sales support.
Ensure that committed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met and fulfilled.
Collaborate with the team to meet customer expectations.
Achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to revenue, profitability, account receivables, and inventory holding.
Provide updates on supported accounts.
Analyse existing account opportunities and threats.
Manage projects, including planning and execution.
Oversee New Product Introduction (NPI) implementations, including quotations, planning, and execution.
Undertake any other reasonable duties / projects which may be required from time to time.
Job Requirements
Min Diploma in any discipline.
Min 3 years and above in program and or project management experience in supply chain industry.
Good interpersonal skills and good customer orientation.
Ability to work with minimum supervision.
Good judgment & decision making.
Able to travel for business or project if required.
