Job description

The role

• Oversee assigned projects for new and existing customers, ensuring seamless execution from initiation to completion. Act as the primary contact, communicating effectively and delivering key services throughout the project lifecycle.

• Rally internal teams (toolroom, production, QA) to drive project activities, track tooling project status, and ensure smooth handover to production, including training when needed.

• Plan, initiate, and monitor projects, conducting feasibility meetings, DFM reviews, and mold flow analysis while ensuring timely material availability and validation.

• Control project expenses, including tooling and materials, while optimizing resources to meet financial and operational goals.

• Regularly review project status, budgets, and schedules, providing updates and maintaining thorough documentation for transparency and compliance.

What we are looking for:

• Diploma in Engineering or equivalent with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in project management, tooling, or production.

• Strong knowledge of project management techniques, tooling fabrication, mould design, process engineering, and production. Familiarity with the full product lifecycle is a plus.

• Experience in healthcare, medical, or automotive products, with a solid understanding of ISO 13485/9001/16949 standards and CSR requirements to ensure documentation compliance.

• Skilled in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, UG, Pro-E, mould flow analysis, and other 2D/3D CAD software. Unigraphics knowledge is an advantage.

• Presentable, well-mannered, and equipped with strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with external suppliers and internal teams.
