Senior Program Manager (Payments Systems Delivery)

Salary: $200,000 - $250,000 SGD + Bonus

Singapore based Hybrid / Remote + Some Travel.

World-class, global fintech seeking a Professional Services Program Manager with financial payment systems and software implementation experience. Additional growth position to work with best-in-breed PM team delivering enterprise scale payments implementations and client-facing projects.

Role:

1. Work with stakeholders and clients and ensure the PMs plan and coordinate all aspects of the projects from initiation through to delivery.
2. Project governance, change control, financial management practice, issue and risk management, procurement/supplier management, milestone and deliverables management.
3. Constantly listen to the client with the view to ensure client satisfaction.
4. Manage project initiation activities including identifying contractual obligations, client or business needs and goals, existing situation, and necessary contacts.
5. Develop consistency across the team for the definition and execution of project plans, project scope, activities, schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
6. Identify needed resources for projects, define and assign major project roles.
7. Anticipate and ensure project risks are managed.
8. May manage the integration of vendor/subcontractor tasks.
9. Lead the delivery of steering group and executive client information.
10. Directly oversee employees assigned to manage specific projects that have a distinct beginning and end.
11. Identify project management coordination gaps or areas for improvement and recommend and implement solutions.
12. Establish an effective working relationship with our offshore development centres.

Experience Required:

1. Minimum 10 years of large project management experience.
2. Expertise in Payments products and services.
3. Working knowledge of AWS and/or Azure hosting will be very well received.
4. Background in understanding business goals, objectives, and business operations for financial institutions.
5. Broad experience in the financial services industry.
6. Financial analysis principles and ratios.
7. Previous P&L or budget management experience.
