Maybank is embarking on a strategic transformation program, aimed at significantly enhancing the customer on-boarding journey and improving the Customer Due Diligence (CDD) processes in Singapore. We are seeking a Program Director to lead this initiative, operating as a senior individual contributor with direct accountability for program delivery, stakeholder engagement and business adoption.
This role will partner closely with the Centre of Excellence (COE) team in Malaysia and collaborate across Compliance, Operations, Technology, and Business teams to ensure a seamless and future-ready on-boarding experience aligned with regulatory expectations.
