Full Title :Program Development Executive

Location: (Bugis)

Working days: 5 days (Mon - Fri)
Working time: 9.00 to 6.00 pm
Salary: $4000 - $5500

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Implement Training Programs: Develop and oversee comprehensive training programs tailored to meet market needs and client requirements.

  • Business Plan Development: Create and execute strategic business plans to drive growth and achieve organizational goals.

  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

  • Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and needs to identify opportunities for new training programs and business development.

  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams, to ensure alignment and successful program delivery.

  • Sales and Business Development: Drive sales efforts to promote training programs and solutions, ensuring revenue targets are met.

  • Any other functions as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Education, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in program development, business planning, and project management.

  • Sales experiences.

  • Experience in the training or IT industry is a plus.
