The Security Administration Program Coordinator role reports to the Senior Director, Corporate IT (CIT) Business Operations team, providing cross-functional support to Visa's Chief Information Officer (CIO) and the CIT leadership team. The team is responsible for governance and adherence to Visa's corporate cyber security requirements and manages all internal/external audit and compliance requests, overseeing CIT-owned applications.

This position requires a program management professional capable of balancing strategic and tactical responsibilities, with attention to detail, analytical rigor, and the ability to synthesize information for executive reporting. The team aims to improve efficiency, consistency, and collaboration within CIT and with other cross-functional stakeholders including Cyber Security, Risk, Compliance, and Audit.

Must possess high energy and flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented, and often ambiguous environment. The role involves interaction with a wide range of stakeholders within CIT and across the organization, including senior leadership.

Essential Functions
  1. Assist with critical security administration functions to protect Visa from vulnerabilities, including data analysis, research, tracking, reporting, and supporting technical teams in remediation efforts.
  2. Partner with technology delivery teams and Cybersecurity, collaborating with CIT leadership to support organizational goals.
  3. Develop processes aligned with CIT’s objectives, ensuring compliance and completeness.
  4. Identify opportunities for process improvements, pilot initiatives, and drive larger-scale implementations.
  5. Assist with executive reporting and operational metrics to enhance decision-making and visibility.
  6. Manage program delivery for special CIO projects supporting security administration functions.

This is a hybrid position, with employees expected to work from the office 2-3 days a week based on business needs.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
  • 2+ years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or higher.
  • Experience managing complex, cross-organizational initiatives.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate technical and business issues effectively across organizational levels.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience or more than 2 years with an advanced degree.
  • Certifications in Cybersecurity or related fields.
  • Experience in Cybersecurity, vulnerability management, compliance, risk, or audit roles.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work independently, with strategic thinking and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Experience with SharePoint, Tableau/Power BI, and other databases.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies.
