As a Program Coordinator for NUHS@Home, you will play a vital role in the coordination and management of our patients' care. We're looking for people with new ideas and a can-do attitude. Job Responsibilities
  • Perform financial counselling with patients on NUHS@Home charges
  • Explain the use of Central Provident Fund (CPF) Medisave accounts, apply governmental financial assistance schemes and/or other available finance schemes to assist patients
  • Ensure proper documentation, filing and safekeeping of financial counselling forms associated with patient’s inpatient stay
  • Perform billing processes to ensure the available finance schemes are activated for patients
  • Schedule discharge appointments for patients who require follow up in outpatient clinics as per ordered by the clinicians
  • Ensure accurate and timely booking of patient's TCU to the respective clinic
  • Provide administrative assistance in the daily operations of programme coordinators
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time
Requirements
  • Diploma in any discipline
  • Computer literate, experience with SAP system is an added advantage
  • Be willing to work outside of working hours (e.g., weekends and/or public holidays)
  • Able to cope with and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be a good team player with a positive work attitude and able to work independently
  • Prior knowledge/working experience in a hospital setting is an added advantage
