Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Updating of sales orders and job orders dates into company system

  • Monitoring of shipment schedule and follow up on production shipment status.

  • Adjusting material allocations into system, and processing of Purchase Order (PO)

  • Updating of return merchandise authorization (RMA)

  • Any other ad-hoc related duties and assignments assigned from time to time

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Business/ Marketing/ Engineering

  • At least 2 years of customer service in the manufacturing industry
