A leading consultancy is seeking a customer service professional to manage orders and shipments in the manufacturing industry. The role involves updating order details, monitoring shipments, and requires a Diploma/Degree along with 2 years of relevant customer service experience. This position offers a dynamic work environment with opportunities for growth.
Responsibilities:
Updating of sales orders and job orders dates into company system
Monitoring of shipment schedule and follow up on production shipment status.
Adjusting material allocations into system, and processing of Purchase Order (PO)
Updating of return merchandise authorization (RMA)
Any other ad-hoc related duties and assignments assigned from time to time
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Business/ Marketing/ Engineering
At least 2 years of customer service in the manufacturing industry
