Job summary

Vanguard Healthcare Pte Ltd is seeking staff to attend to general care needs of clients and ensure their safety, comfort, and wellbeing. You will follow care plans and collaborate with therapists to implement new activities.

The role involves coordinating outdoor activities, leading group sessions, and motivating client participation while preparing materials and managing inventory for supplies. Prior experience in healthcare is preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• At least 1 year of experience, preferably in healthcare, rehab services or mental health.

Responsibilities

• Attend to the general care needs of clients.
• Ensure the safety, comfort and wellbeing of the clients.
• Ensure clients follow the planned routine and care plan.
• Work with the therapist and counsellor on implementing new activities.
• Support the team in coordinating and facilitating outdoor activities and excursions, including accompanying clients to ensure safety.
• Conduct group activities for the clients.
• Motivate and assist clients in participating in programmes and activities.
• Prepare necessary tools and equipment for activities.
• Manage and conduct regular inventory counts and oversee distribution of linen, toiletries, dry goods and other supplies.
• Any other duties as assigned by Centre Manager, Occupational Therapist and Counsellor.

• Manage and conduct regular inventory counts, ensuring optimal stock levels and overseeing the distribution of linen, toiletries, dry goods, and other supplies

• Any other duties as assigned by Centre Manager, Occupational Therapist and Counsellor

Educational Requirements:

• GCE O Level
