Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Singapore is seeking a Sustainability Consultant to perform on-site energy audits and identify ECMs for HVAC, boilers and lighting. You will support green building certifications and report on energy savings in a fast-paced real estate setting.

You will analyze BMS/M&V data, prepare technical reports, and coordinate with clients and internal teams. A relevant engineering degree and SCEM or equivalent certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical / Environmental / Building Services Engineering, Sustainability, Engineering, or related disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site energy efficiency audits to identify Energy Conservation Measures (ECMs) for HVAC systems, boilers, lighting, etc.
• Recommendation of improvement measures and implementations to achieve energy/water savings and carbon reductions.
• Follow up on measures implemented and monitor building performance; perform BMS/M&V trending data analysis.
• Project management for energy improvement projects such as cooling system retrofit works, retro commissioning.
• Manage Green Building Certification projects such as Green Mark, LEED/WELL; ad hoc activities like pre-sale support.

Whether you’ve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you’re looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward.**Job Responsibilities:*** Perform on-site energy efficiency audits to identify Energy Conservation Measures (ECMs) for HVAC systems, boilers, air compressors, lighting etc.* Recommendation of improvement measures, and implementations to achieve energy / water savings / carbon reductions based on the data analyzed to meet client / regulatory requirements and report preparation.* Follow up on the measures implemented and monitor the building performance* Perform BMS/ M&V trending data analysis and identify building operation characteristics and areas of potential energy savings.* Project management for energy improvement projects such as cooling system retrofit works, retro commissioning.* Performs onsite sensor verification and BCA-OSE report preparation.* Manage Green Building Certification projects such as Green Mark, LEED/WELL* Ad hoc activities such as pre-sale support**Job Requirements*** Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical / Environmental / Building Services Engineering, Sustainability, Engineering, or related disciplines.* Singapore Certified Energy Manager (SCEM) (and/or others e.g. GMAP, GMAAP)* Good understanding on HVAC system and equipment, including Building Management Systems (BMS) and Energy / Power Monitoring System (PMS)* Knowledge and experience in carrying out Level-III energy audits or equivalent.* Field experience in HVAC systems - chillers, air-handlers, power meters, air compressor etc.* At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in Energy Audit/Energy Management and Green Building Certification· Able to provide logical analysis consultative feedback to the client based on industry best practice.· Experience in Green Mark Certification for building and Green Mark Interior· Experience in LEED and WELL certification will be preferred.* Strong knowledge in MS Office with data analytic skill* Workplace Safety and Health knowledge and certificate will be an added advantage.
