Job summary

JR Life Sciences Pte Ltd is seeking a dedicated cleaner to maintain hygiene and cleanliness across office premises in Bukit Batok. You will perform routine cleaning tasks in restrooms, pantry, garden and common areas, following established procedures and safety guidelines.

The role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with a 5-day work week from 8:00am to 5:30pm. Salary starts at SGD 1800–1900 plus incentives.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in office cleaning or similar role preferred.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow cleaning schedules.
• Good communication skills to report issues and follow instructions.
• Physical stamina to perform manual tasks including lifting and moving objects.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and their safe use.

Responsibilities

• Clean vertical surfaces, glass and ceiling.
• Dust, clean and polish all items within the premises.
• Empty waste bins and replace liners.
• Keep drains clean.
• Maintain cleanliness of assigned areas.
• Polish glass doors.
• Refill consumables of toilets and premises.
• Report anything in need of repair or replacement to HOD (HR/Admin).
• Sweep, mop or vacuum floor or carpets of assigned areas.
• Wash and maintain the cleanliness of bathrooms and toilets.
• Wipe table tops, shelves and partitions of assigned areas.
• Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.
• Other adhoc duties.
