An international executive recruitment company, People Profilers, is recruiting on behalf of a leading ERP service provider for the position of Professional ERP Consultant (Manufacturing modules), based in Singapore.

This role is open to locals or expats with Permanent Residence only.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in consulting engagements, conducting implementation activities, and delivering high-quality results for feature-rich ERP solutions.
• Collaborate with your Consulting Manager to manage tasks within the work plan, and lead small project teams and engagements.
• Build strong relationships with customers, working independently on short-term engagements with minimal oversight.
• Contribute as a subject matter expert within the wider implementation team.
• Gather business requirements, perform gap analysis, application mapping, identify and resolve gaps, and propose workarounds to optimize core application usage.
• Develop functional and technical specifications, configure systems, and conduct proof of concept and acceptance testing.
• Test the implemented system thoroughly.
• Assist sales team with system demonstrations to potential clients.
• Train clients' executives and functional users on the system.
• Perform technical tasks such as building reports, queries, and simple customizations using embedded tools.

Requirements:

• At least 6 years of experience in ERP projects within international corporations.
• Strong consulting experience in Manufacturing modules, with 3 to 5 full cycle ERP implementations successfully completed.
• Knowledge of finance, logistics, distribution, material requirements planning (MRP), or supply chain management.
• Knowledge of MSSQL Server, queries, and Crystal Reports is preferred.
• B.S. Degree or higher, preferably in Accounting or Business.
• Ability to prepare detailed modification specifications.
• Skill in analyzing business operations and recommending process improvements.
• Experience leading executive management meetings and keeping projects on track.
• Proven experience managing people, budgets, and equipment concurrently on projects, with the ability to work closely with clients.
