Job summary

Sembcorp Specialised Construction is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer in Singapore to lead the design of electrical building systems and manage projects from planning to regulatory submissions. You will engage clients and service providers, conduct field surveys, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.

The role requires a degree in electrical engineering, over 10 years of experience in construction management and design, and professional engineer registration.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or its equivalent.
• Registered Professional Engineer with PEB Singapore / Specialized Professional Engineer.
• Completed FEE and preparing for Practice of Professional Engineering Exam.
• Design for Safety Professional.
• More than 10 years of experience in construction management and design.
• Experience with engineering analysis software such as ETAP and Dialux.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for projects management, planning and the design of electrical building systems.
• Meeting clients & services providers on scope of service and conduct field surveys.
• Handling project evaluation, budgets, documentation, technical specification and coordination.
• Analyze & selection of systems and evaluate project budgets.
• Complete design documents & technical specifications.
• Responsible for making e-Submission to authorities for utilities services and related building regulatory submissions.
• Work coordination with other teams as well as mentor junior staff.
