Job description

H3 Zoom is seeking a Singapore-registered Professional Engineer (PE) with strong project management experience to join our inspection and delivery team. You will lead the technical review, endorsement, and BCA submission of façade and interior inspection reports, and work cross-functionally with AI, drone ops, and customer success teams to ensure high-quality delivery of inspection projects.

Job Description / Duties:

• Act as the signing PE for façade and interior inspection reports (PFI and non-PFI) incompliance with BCA and TR 78 guidelines.
• Oversee the technical validation and endorsement of AI-generated and CP-drafted reports.
• Lead the BCA submission process, including resolving regulatory queries and ensuring completeness.
• Provide QA/QC oversight for 10% inspection commentaries and final deliverables.
• Collaborate with subcontractors (e.g., CNW, PEC, RDS) and gradually internalize external workstreams.
• Support project management activities – tracking milestones, resource planning, and delivery scheduling.
• Train and mentor junior project delivery and field staff in regulatory and technical aspects of facade inspection.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of inspection workflows, automation, and reporting templates.

Work experience/Skills required:

• Registered PE in Civil, Structural, or relevant field (Singapore PE Board).
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in façade inspection, building consultancy, or structural assessment.
• Experience with BCA submissions and regulatory documentation.
• Strong project management and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Familiarity with drone-captured inspection data and AI-driven platforms is a plus.
• Strong communication skills in both technical and client-facing environments.
