Professional Education Director, APAC

Our client is a medical device company that is involved in state-of-the-art technology, enhancing patient's quality of life. You will be joining them as a Professional Education Director, APAC, working to expand their reach and bring new and improved solutions to users all around the world.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop, plan and executive HCP programs, including identifying education needs and development of programs that enhance the familiarity of clinicians with products
• Maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals through engagement, training and workshops
• Develop education objectives and curriculum.
• Develop and maintain budgets for medical education events
• Understand educational practices implemented by competitors
• Leverage technology to enhance training effectiveness
• Motivate and lead a team from diverse background

Job Requirements

• Must have at least a Bachelor qualification.
• Prior experience in education, training, sales or marketing function in medical equipment field preferred
• Strong project management experience
• Must have knowledge of Asia Pacific markets.
• Demonstrate multitasking, project management and execution skills
• Effective communication and negotiation skills
