Prepare raw and packaging materials, including labeling of bottles, filling, and carrying/moving of products.
Maintain cleanliness of the workplace and ensure machines are in good condition.
Document and maintain data from pre-weighing until handover of goods to the warehouse.
Support audits for ISO standards and liaise with suppliers on quotations and stock availability.
Assist in coaching new employees, raise orders for raw materials, and plan production schedules.
Ensure all production operators and manufacturing processes adhere to SOPs.
Qualifications: ITE/Diploma in Chemical/Chemistry-related fields.
Knowledge in ISO 14001, ISO 9001, and ISO 45001 is advantageous.
Perform daily production tasks such as capping and packing goods into cartons.
Conduct weight checks, quality checks, and maintain housekeeping of the production area.
Load and unload goods onto pallets, prepare cartons, and label products.
Ability to lift heavy items (20 kg) and work in a cleanroom environment.
Packing stock for deliveries and coordinating courier services.
Liaise with departments for orders and payments, data entry, and document printing.
Perform daily stock counts, stock checks, and manage receiving and issuing of stock accurately.
Prepare inventory reports, and manage inventory control and stock in/out.
Manage e-commerce systems, create and update order statuses.
Lift, carry, load, and unload goods (20 kg).
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
