Job description

1. Production Trainee /5.5 days - Yio Chu Kang / Up $2800/No Overtime

• Prepare raw & packaging material, include labelling of bottles, filling, carry/moving of products.

• Maintain cleanliness of workplace and ensure machines are in good condition.

• Document and maintain data of pre-weight till handover the goods to the warehouse;

• Support audit for ISO and liaise with suppliers on quotation & stock availability.

• Assist in coaching new employees, raise orders of raw material, plan production schedule.

• Ensure all the production operators, manufacturing process is accordance to SOP.

• ITE/Diploma in Chemical/Chemistry related field

• Knowledge in ISO 14001, ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 knowledge will be advantageous

2. Production Operator /5.5 days - Yio Chu Kang /$1400 Basic + $150 Allowance + overtime ($200)

• Perform daily production such as capping, packing of goods into carton boxes

• Conduct weight check, quality check, and housekeeping of production area.

• Load & unload goods onto pallets, prepare cartons and labelling

• Able to lift heavy items (20 kg) and work in Cleanroom environment

3. Packer /5.5 days - Yio Chu Kang /Up to $2,600 Basic + $150 Allowance + overtime ($200)

• Packing of stock for deliveries and coordinate courier service for delivery

• Liaise with departments for the order & payment, data entry, Filing and printing documents.

• Daily stock count & stock check, receiving and issue of stock accurately

• Prepare inventory reports, Inventory control and Stocks in/out

• Manage e-commerce system, create, update status

• Lift, carry, load and unload goods (20kg)

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
