Job description

Information:

  • Salary range: $2300 - $2800
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm, Saturday 9am to 1pm (No overtime)
  • Working location: Near to Yio Chu Kang MRT

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare the material and packaging material for daily production;
  • Support production including labeling of the bottles, filling, carrying, and moving of products;
  • Maintain cleanliness of the workplace and ensure machines are in good condition;
  • Document and maintain the data from pre-weight until handover of goods to the warehouse;
  • Support internal and external audits for ISO;
  • Source and liaise with suppliers on quotations and stock availability;
  • Assist in coaching and guidance to new employees;
  • Raise orders for raw materials and plan the production schedule based on inventory stock levels;
  • Ensure all production operators and manufacturing processes are in accordance with SOP;
  • Ensure production runs smoothly;
  • Learn and understand the production operation flow to complete daily output;
  • Create, update, and maintain the SAP system.

Requirements:

  • ITE/Diploma in Chemical/Chemistry related field;
  • At least 2 years of manufacturing work experience is preferred;
  • Excellent communication skills to provide training and coaching to team members;
  • Knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 9001, and ISO 45001 will be advantageous.
