Job summary

A manufacturing company in Singapore is seeking an assembly technician to conduct on-hand assembly of wire harness and assist engineers in various tasks. The role requires a minimum higher-NITEC education in a relevant technical discipline, with experience in wire harness assembly considered advantageous. Candidates must be able to read technical drawings, work independently, and contribute to teamwork in a disciplined manner, with on-job training provided to help develop necessary skills. Commitment to overtime arrangements is also expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum higher-NITEC education in any generic manufacturing/electrical and electronics/mechanical/mechatronic discipline.
• Experience in wire-harness and box-build assembling will be advantageous.
• No color blindness.
• Able to work independently with discipline and committed to teamwork.

• On-hand assembly of wire harness assemblies/sub-modules assemblies using hand-tools and production equipment.
