Responsibilities

• Setting up and operating braiding and extrusion molding machines.
• Maintaining spare parts list of machines and responding to alarms.
• Ensuring compliance with 5S housekeeping standards.

Job description

Information:

• Mon to Fri, 8.30am to 5.30pm, 18 days AL

1. Production Technician

   • Setting up of braiding and extrusion molding machine including ancillary equipment.

   • Operating molding machine including ancillary equipment.

   • Maintaining of spare parts list of molding machine including ancillary equipment.

   • Respond to machine alarms and ensure continuous operation of production equipment.

   • Housekeeping of the shop floor (5S) and ensure standards/regulations are being maintained

   • 'O'Level/ITE/Diploma qualication

   • Hands-on experience in extrusion / braiding / molding in manufacturing plant.

   • Proficient in Excel/Word and knowledge in ISO quality system

   • Able to work overtime in weekday/weekend when required

   • Entry level are welcome to apply
