Job Requirements

• Open to fresh graduates from ITE/Polytechnics
• Preferably with 1 – 3 years of relevant experience
• Physically fit
• Able to work in a cleanroom environment
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office

Job Responsibilities

• Reports directly to the Production Supervisor
• Performs filling of hydrogen peroxide, ammonium hydroxide, and mixing and filling of chemical polisher within stipulated targets and acceptable quality levels
• Executes all production activities as instructed, such as container preparations, inspections, washing, loading and palletizing to and from conveyor, strapping, packaging inspection, shrink wrapping, material receiving and handling, barcode generation and printing
• Adheres to procedures on QMS, EMS, and OHS
• Carry out necessary process parameters, record data on check sheets, and ensure readings are within prescribed operational ranges
• Able to operate hand-held equipment necessary for operational activities
• Capable of using NAV operations
• Able to perform simple maintenance work
• Participates in process and line improvements
• Maintains cleanliness and upkeep of the production area
• Strictly follows safety rules and PPE protocols during activities
• Adheres to standard operating procedures and observes line discipline
• Performs additional tasks as instructed by superiors

Job Conditions

• Office hours: Mondays – Fridays, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm
• Uniform provided
