Production Technician (12 hrs shift / Entry lvl / Eye care)

• MNC Manufacturing Plant - Eye care product
• Located in Tuas
• 12 hrs shift (2-2-3)
• Entry level welcome (Training provided)
• Gross salary up to $4,000 (Basic Up to $2,800 + Allowances + AWS + VB)

Job scope:

• Operational Support & Task Execution: Perform routine operations (e.g., SP machine handling, palletization, inventory adjustments) and support tasks assigned by shift leads.
• Technical Involvement: Conduct basic troubleshooting, machine conversions, and collaborate with engineering for performance optimization
• Compliance & Standards: Uphold 5S practices and ensure adherence to HSE regulations within operations.
• Continuous Improvement: Engage in problem recovery efforts and drive equipment performance improvements through Kaizen initiatives.

Requirements:

• Min Nitec in engineering/Electronic/Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering
• Entry level may apply
• Able to commit shift hours
