Production Technician

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime and enhance operational efficiency.
• Conduct regular inspections, troubleshooting, and servicing of machinery to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with the maintenance and production teams to address equipment issues and improve reliability.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and recommend improvements to existing maintenance processes.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards in all maintenance activities.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and equipment lifespan.

Requirements:

• Relevant academic qualifications in Engineering, or a related field.
• Previous experience as a Technician is preferred, with hands-on knowledge of equipment maintenance and repair.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
