Job summary

ADVANCED PYROTECHNIC MATERIALS PRIVATE LIMITED in Singapore is seeking a motivated production operator to mix, weigh and process materials according to standard work instructions.

You will load and label products, operate machines, perform quality checks with gauges, and maintain a clean, safe work environment in a high-precision manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Nitec/Higher Nitec in Precision Machining/ Mechanical Technology or equivalent preferred.
• Able to read and understand work instructions and safety datasheets.
• Able to work in a team and independently.
• Must comply with company policies, security and EHS regulations.

Responsibilities

• Mix, blend, knead and sift materials.
• Load, assemble, mark, label, pack and palletise company products and boxes.
• Operate machine with company components.
• Dose and weigh powder.
• Process and store company products.
• Clean and conduct maintenance for all machines, tools and fixtures.
• Use inspection gauges for inspection of in-process and final products.
• Handle lifting equipment and shift parts or equipment.
• Conduct testing and disposal of company products.
• Other general/ administrative tasks assigned by the Supervisor.

Education

Job Requirements

• Nitec/ Higher Nitec in Precision Machining/ Mechanical Technology or equivalent is preferred
• Good communication skills and working attitude
• Able to work as a team
• Able to work efficiently and independently
• Able to read and understand work instructions, material safety data sheets, drawing and etc.
• Able to comply with company policies, security regulations and EHS regulations
