Job summary

• Perform cold spray and plasma spray coating using manual and automated systems.
• Conduct all pre- and post-coating activities.
• Adhere to AS9100 quality standards and quality control systems.
• Monitor and maintain quality performance.
• Inspect and test materials, equipment, processes, and products to meet quality specifications.
• Collaborate with the operations manager to develop and implement controls and improvements.
• Comply with safety regulations.
• Assist in investigating and troubleshooting production issues.
• Implement corrective actions, solutions, and improvements.
• Assist in producing production reports.
• Source and purchase production items.
• Coordinate with vendors/WOA on pick-up and delivery of items to ECK, including consumables such as powder and carrier gas.
• Support administrative work relating to production.
