  • Handle set up and assemble components according to work order.

  • Perform hand soldering, simple wiring and cabling job.

  • Perform incoming material inspections.

  • Conduct inspection, testing, packing and labelling of finished product.

  • Report on suspected quality failures or any non-conforming during testing and inspection.

  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

  • Provide ad-hoc support or assistances to project team.

  • Any other tasks assigned by Supervisor/Manager.

    Requirement:

  • Professional certificate/NITEC in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or related field. Some experience in the electronics manufacturing industry.

  • Team player, organized and result oriented.

  • Willingness to engage in hands-on assembly tasks on the production line.

  • Identify problems and opportunities for business process improvements.

  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of production schedules.

  • Assist in the generation of reports and complete projects as assigned.

  • Monitor production schedules and work closely with the internal customers, purchasing team and sub-contractors to optimize production processes and meet on-time delivery targets and customer demands effectively.

  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Supervisor/Manager.
