Job summary

Aligent Spring Pte Ltd is seeking a production operator to operate stamping and multi-slide machines, set up and adjust equipment, and perform in-process inspections to ensure quality standards are met. The role requires reading technical drawings and the ability to troubleshoot basic machine issues.

You should be able to work independently or in a team, follow safety and quality procedures, and handle rotating shifts as part of a manufacturing environment in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Nitec or Higher Nitec in Precision Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Able to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Hands-on experience operating stamping or multi-slide machines is preferred.
• Able to perform machine troubleshooting and adjustments will be an advantage.
• Responsible, meticulous, and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Able to work rotating shift.
