• Manage equipment and perform minor repairs.
• Conduct parameter and system verifications.
• Collaborate with Shift Leader and Engineers for improvements.

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the following activities but not limited to :
• Minor repair downtime;
• MTBA;
• Sample die Preparation;
• Material Changeover;
• Tool / Jig Changeover;
• Parameter Verification;
• System Functionality Verification;
• Sustain Machine 6S & health;
• Full ownership to process of the lots.
• Responsible for proactive involvement in daily issues & work with Shift Leader and Equipment Engineer for continuous improvement.
• Proactively flag-out any abnormality and work with Shift leader, Equipment Engineer and Process Engineer for disposition decision.
• Ensure conversion & maintenance carry out within the define entitlement.

Requirements:

• NTC / ITE in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong capability in equipment troubleshooting.
• Ability to work under pressure & in a Dynamic Environment.
• Able to work on unpredictable time schedules.
• Self–Starter & Team Player and comfortable working with cross-functional teams across geographic boundaries.
• Able to commit to 12-hour shift
