Qualifications

Job description

Responsibilities
  • Must be able to start-up, shut-down and run stripper, regenerator and impregnation equipment.
  • Must be able to follow standard operation procedures for catalyst manufacturing and regeneration process using safe operating techniques.
  • Operates feed stations, regulates feed, light burners from control panel and trouble shoots burner problems.
  • Takes samples, run Leco analyzers, drums out, operate forklift, change screen on separators, repair rubber sleeve, rubber belting, adjust belt tracking, takes stack tests.
  • Cleans out dust collector, operates Hi-Vac, fills out drum labels, production reports.
  • Knows how to adjust belt speed.
  • Must be able to identify potential quality problems/participate in trouble shooting analysis.
  • Familiar with hazardous waste handling procedures.
  • Performs and assumes other duties and responsibilities as may be required by the immediate supervisor.
  • Adheres to Company policies and work requirements and works in accordance with Company HSE Management Systems.
  • Participate in health, safety and environment programs and safety meetings conducted by the plant to maintain a high standard of safety consciousness.
  • Ensure good housekeeping within CCR / production plant area.
  • Observes safety rules and regulations, identify potential hazards in workplace and reports unsafe conditions and act.
  • Execute and support all ISO SYSTEMS assigned duties.

  • Must be physically fit for heavy lifting of equipment around 50+ pounds
  • Candidate must be able to work in Tuas on rotating 8 hours shift
