• $2400 - $2500 Basic (+300 allowance day / 400 for night

Job Scope – Production / Manufacturing Team Lead

Position Purpose:
To lead and coordinate production team members in manufacturing operations, ensuring that output meets quality standards, production targets, and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership & Supervision
  Lead, guide, and motivate a team of production operators to achieve daily/weekly production targets.
  Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide on-the-job training.
  Foster teamwork, discipline, and a positive work environment.

• Production Operations
  Oversee daily manufacturing activities according to the production schedule.
  Ensure machines and equipment are operated correctly and efficiently.
  Troubleshoot minor issues and escalate technical problems to maintenance when necessary.

• Quality Control
  Monitor product quality during production and ensure adherence to specifications.
  Conduct inspections and reject/rectify defective products promptly.
  Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and defects.

• Safety & Compliance
  Enforce workplace safety rules, PPE usage, and safe work practices.
  Ensure compliance with company policies, manufacturing standards, and regulatory requirements.
  Participate in safety briefings and incident reporting.

• Reporting & Documentation
  Maintain accurate production records, shift reports, and downtime logs.
  Communicate production updates and issues to supervisors or managers.
  Participate in daily/weekly production meetings.
