The Opportunity

A fast-growing creative tech company is looking for a talented and commercially minded Production Team Lead to join its Singapore team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a creative environment but wants more ownership, flexibility, and a client-facing focus.

The company’s video platform empowers global brands to produce high-quality corporate video content quickly, easily, and at scale. Their hybrid model blends self-serve tools with expert post-production support. Think internal communications, social content, and product explainers, all delivered with speed and precision.

As the key point of contact for a portfolio of enterprise clients across Asia, you will manage projects from brief to delivery, coordinate closely with editors (both local and offshore), and drive client satisfaction and usage.


What You’ll Be Doing

• Own and grow client relationships across APAC
• Oversee the delivery of 40 to 50 post-production video projects per month
• Re-engage lapsed accounts and uncover upsell opportunities
• Guide clients on how to maximise the platform, including scriptwriting and editing features
• Collaborate with editors to maintain high-quality, on-brand content
• Monitor client satisfaction and drive account renewals

Who You Are

• 3 to 5 years of experience in account management, ideally from a video production house, creative agency, or content-driven tech platform
• Confident with post-production workflows such as editing, motion graphics, and animation
• Comfortable managing multiple fast-paced projects
• A clear communicator who can engage marketing, communications, or HR teams at large companies
• Highly organised, client-focused, and solutions-oriented

Nice to Have

• Experience working in SaaS, finance, or regulated industries
• Knowledge of content compliance or brand governance
• A knack for translating creative vision into smooth execution
